Ordered a dress. Sizing was off, so I sent it back. Refund took around two weeks. Had to chase once, which was annoying.

I ordered my usual size, but it looked and fit nothing like the photos. The top was tight around my arms but somehow loose at the waist, so the whole fit just felt awkward, if that makes sense. The size chart didn’t help much either. The return process was kind of a hassle too, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

The shipping was faster than I thought it would be. I got the tracking info quickly, which I always appreciate because I’m the kind of person who checks tracking way too often, like it’s going to magically move faster if I refresh it. Anyway, it ended up arriving in just a few days, with no problems at all. I was happy with the whole shipping part.

My snap judgment after trying it was that it just isn’t worth the price. The quality feels average, and for what they’re charging, I expected a lot better

I’m tired of dealing with this same issue. The site said the items I wanted were in stock, so I went ahead and placed the order, only to get told later that they weren’t actually available. Such a waste of time, and now I’m stuck waiting for a refund. They really need to keep their stock info updated.

The customer service was frustrating. I emailed about my order and waited days for someone to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply didn’t actually solve anything.

I ended up having to chase them myself, which made it feel like nobody really cared, but somehow they were still quick to send aggressive reminders and follow-ups when it suited them. Overall, not a great experience, and I wouldn’t order again

The box was crushed when it arrived, and everything inside just looked kind of rough because of it. Not exactly what I was expecting... made me wonder what happened during shipping.

The dress fit okay, but the color looked way darker in person than it did in the photos. I kind of felt pressured to decide quickly because I needed something soon, so it was disappointing when it arrived and wasn’t the shade I thought I was getting

I was disappointed because the material didn’t feel anything like what was described, I was expecting a certain type of fabric based on the listing and when it arrived it just felt totally different and not at all like I thought it would.

I found some really cute pieces on the site, and overall it was easy to browse. The general style is nice, but after a while a lot of the items started to feel kind of similar to me. I also wish there were more color options and clearer photos for some products. I did feel a little pressured to decide quickly while browsing, which made the experience a bit less relaxed. It’s not a bad site at all, but it didn’t completely wow me

I was ready to check out, but then I saw the shipping cost and just got annoyed. It was way higher than I expected, and I don’t have the patience for surprise fees like that at the end. I’m fine with paying for shipping, but this made the whole order feel not worth it, so I just left the cart...

I ordered two tops and a skirt, but what showed up wasn’t right at all. One item was the wrong size and another was a completely different color than what I picked. The weird part is the packing slip had my correct order on it, so it felt like they knew what I ordered but still sent whatever was on hand.
I emailed customer service with photos, but the replies were really slow and not very helpful. They offered me a small discount if I kept the items, which just made me feel even more misled because I didn’t want a discount, I wanted what I actually paid for. I won’t be ordering from them again...

I ordered a dress the quality was literally nothing like the photos. The fabric was super thin, there were loose threads, and the fit just felt weird. For what I paid, it felt cheap, and I don’t think I’d buy from them again.
